Everyone had a good Halloween. The kids went downtown on Saturday and then to the Harvest Festival on Sunday. Kermit took them around the neighborhood after the festival too. We have discovered that Kenzie would prefer to eat candy all day. I can't believe she hasn't gotten sick yet! Happy Halloween!!!

Kenzie LOVES to sing. Some of her favorite songs are: You Are My Sunshine, The Itsy Bitsy Spider, I Love You You Love Me and If You're Happy and You Know It. It is so much fun to watch Kenzie get so excited to sing. She even tells others to stop or be quiet so she can do it. Hopefully you are able to hear her well enough over my pathetic singing. Even though Kenzie can be a lot of work she brings me so much joy and listening to her sing warms my heart and always puts a smile on my face. I love you Kenzie!

And then there is Kyler...

I took Kyler to the park after school today so I could match up some black and white photos with his sisters. It took us about 10 minutes. Kyler has always been my easy one at getting a good shot. I usually just have to let him take a goofy one too. I love you Kyler... and you are very handsome and cool too!

My baby girl is 2... it truly does not seem possible. Kenzie has quite the personality, although few get to see her true colors. She definitely has a mind of her own and I have no idea where she gets that from. There is something about the girls in my family being very independent. She knows how to push my buttons but I love her dearly... a little extra work never hurt anyone anyway. I love you Kenzie Rose and I can't wait to watch you grow.

First Day of School

It was Kaeli and Kyler's first day of school today... Kaeli is in 5th grade and Kyler is in 2nd. It was pouring down rain (sideways) and pretty cold and windy too. I guess it makes it easier to start school with weather like that. Kenzie wanted to join in the fun of pictures. She wasn't very happy to leave her big brother and sister at school today...she kept calling out their names as we were driving away. Kenzie's going to need a friend :)
