Playing in the Snow

The kids had a great time in the snow.... We had a white Thanksgiving and it was absolutely beautiful!!! I enjoy about 2-3 days of the kids playing in the snow and then I'm done with all of the boots and snow gear drying out around the house. :) We'll hope for more snow this winter...maybe we'll have a white Christmas too.

Thankful

" Dear God, Thank you for my mom and dad. I'm thankful for my mom and dad because my mom gave me birth, and because that I have a family. Love, Kyler"
I'm so happy I gave him birth :)

"My favorite food is cookies. I am seven years old and almost eight. My birthday is in December. I have two sisters and one brother. I have a pet lizaird. My hair is blonde. My eyes are blue."

I am thankful for all of my children...I TRULY am. Even if some are A LOT more work than others :) Kyler has this way of making my heart melt even if through some of the most simple things. These are a couple of projects from school....
Kaeli and Kyler have been talking to Kenzie about her brother Kaleb. Kenzie will say Kaleb John now and it is the sweetest thing ever. Something so easy for my kids to share and yet I wasn't sure how to explain things. I always want Kaleb to be remembered. He is a part of our family even if he is no longer with us on earth. This Thanksgiving it snowed which is always a reminder of my sweet baby boy. This Thanksgiving I think of Kaleb in heaven with Grumpy and as much as I miss my son and my Grandpa I am so thankful to know they are together in heaven. What a blessing to be raised in faith so even through our deepest and darkest moments in life we can still have hope...and know that we will all be together again one day. Have a Happy and Blessed Thanksgiving.

Kaeli striking a pose...she was an 80's rocker but wanted
to look a little more like a zombie 80's rocker so I edited
a couple to give her the perfect zombie look...

Who wouldn't want to be married to a man like this?
Kermit has just as much fun as the kids do on Halloween...

Kaeli with the serious pose...

The family...minus me who didn't dress up...
someone has to take the pictures...right?

This nose doesn't really work for me...

My little fairy...

Silly kids...

Sweet Kenzie...for the moment...

In the Crystal Ball

gotta love the smiles...

Kyler the magician...

Not much editing needed for Kyler...oh the faces

The Ghostly Magician

The Zombie 80's Rocker

Everyone had a good Halloween. The kids went downtown on Saturday and then to the Harvest Festival on Sunday. Kermit took them around the neighborhood after the festival too. We have discovered that Kenzie would prefer to eat candy all day. I can't believe she hasn't gotten sick yet! Happy Halloween!!!
