Kaleb John

Today marks the day that our sweet baby Kaleb went to heaven. It truly does not seem possible that it has been two years. We remember Kaleb everyday and the love God has shown through his little soul. This journey has not been easy but I can not imagine how much more difficult it would be to not have God by our sides. It is awesome to know that one day we will be able to see our beautiful son again. We continue to believe even in the deepest and darkest hours that God has a plan and a purpose for each of His children and that He makes NO MISTAKES! There are days it is difficult to not question God's plans, there are days we are able to rejoice in the time we had with Kaleb. As time goes on it is easier to breathe- (most days) and we are able to find joy and happiness again. All I can say is love your children everyday- tell them everyday that you love them. They are all God's precious miracles.

My friend Michelle sent me a book as I had hit another low point. The book is called Come Away My Beloved by Frances J. Roberts

There were a couple of sections so far that have touched me deeply-

"You are never alone, for I am at your right hand. Never despair, for I am watching over and caring for you. Be not anxious. What seems to you to be at present a difficult situation is all part of My planning, and I am working out the details of circumstances so that I may bless you and reveal Myself to you in a new way."

"I am merciful and kind. I love you beyond measure. I intend to do you good; and I will bring to you those who can truly help, if you leave all in My hands."

It is not always easy to remember to offer it ALL up to God. We try, we struggle but we also continue to have faith.

We love you Kaleb and miss you everyday!

Kenzie is 6 months

Kenzie Rose is 6 months old today! We love her so much and thank God everyday for the blessing she has been in our lives!
Of course I only had one shot left on the digital camera so I quickly grabbed my other camera and took a few more shots. Here is the one from the digital after I played around with the photoshop. I'll post more pictures once I get them developed.

Some new pictures of Kenzie sitting up. She was quite intrigued with Kaeli's princess bed. Looks like we might have another princess on our hands! :) The flower is from my Valentine's Day bouquet. I thought the inside of the tulip was quite pretty!
